  • 10 “Stage I” grants of $100,000 each;

  • 5 “Stage II” grants of $200,000 each to the most promising “Stage I” winners from the previous year and;

  • 2 “Stage III” opportunities: up to $500,000 each of seed capital in a commercial spinout from the most successful Stage II companies.

The Solicitation for the Next Round of the DoD 2024 SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) Program [DoD SBIR 24.2  / STTR 24.B] is PRE-RELEASED: April 17, 2024
OPEN: May 15, 2024 and proposals are due: June 12, 2024 at 12PM EST. Through a competitive awards-based program, SBIR and STTR enable small businesses to explore their technological potential and provide the incentive to profit from its commercialization.

Remember that when topics are Pre-Released, companies have roughly a month when they can call the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC). After that, questions can only be submitted to the topic Q&A, and questions and answers are posted electronically for general viewing.

This is a great opportunity for funding new concepts and new ideas--click the link for further information.  GK ENTERPRISES LLC can provide consulting services to help with your proposal.
